We encourage you to contact our office directly to find out more about services, rates, and insurance queries. Please note that it is advised to also contact your insurance carrier before you schedule an appointment to verify that you are covered for mental health services at our office.

Payment
​
Payment is due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Failure to pay at time of appointment may result in rescheduling or cancellation until remaining balance is paid.

Cancellation Policy
​
If you are unable to attend a appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be subject to a $50 fee for no-shows, late-cancellations, and late-reschedules.

The Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), protects the relationship between a patient and healthcare provider, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
